Roots Up! Town Hall Vision Talk. Come and learn more about what Pastor Amos and Pastor Dave are planning for the fall. Ask questions and have your say! Wednesday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m.

Young at Heart will celebrate their final gathering of the season on Thursday, June 6 with a trip to Ethnos Jungle Camp in Durham and lunch at Pebbles restaurant in Varney. The bus will leave at 10:00 a.m. from the church. Nelles will be in the foyer with a sign-up today. Numbers are required to save your seat.

We have a Budget & Town Hall Potluck meeting coming on June 9. Plan to stick around after the service for a potluck lunch followed by our budget meeting. Please bring a main dish and/or salad to share.

We’ve got summer on the brain! If you’re interested in volunteering for Summer Slam, our amazing week-long day camp ministry, please come out for a brief information meeting on Sunday, June 16 at noon in the upper room.

Pastor Amos has received government funding for two summer student positions! The job profile is posted on our website. Please visit www.hanovermissionary.com/u18-summer-student-position/ If you’re between the ages of 15 and 30, this could be the thing for you! Resumes must be submitted to Pastor Amos by June 5.

We are hiring a new part-time pastor. Please be praying for the team responsible for going through applications. Pray for wisdom and discernment as they listen to God’s direction.

Some changes are being made to increase our security. We are no longer comfortable leaving the main doors unlocked if less than two staff members are in the building. If you require immediate assistance, the care line is always open (519-379-1752) or you can call the office at 519-364-1823. Either Marie (ex21) or Alanna (ex32) are usually in the building until 4:00.

Please join with us every Monday to pray. Set your alarms to 5:14 a.m. or p.m. each Monday and let’s come together to pray for our church, our vision, and our leadership.

Carrick Camp opens for the season on Sunday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m. with an Old Tyme Gospel Sing-a-long. Be sure to check the poster in the foyer for the full line-up.
