Bulletin – April 22, 2018

Thank you for your understanding when we made the decision to cancel our service last Sunday due to weather. In an attempt to boost our communication even more, we have implemented the Remind App – which allows us to send out a mass text/email whenever we have news like cancellations or changes to scheduling. Text ‘@hmcfamily’ to 226-778-2216 or go to www.remind.com/join/hmcfamily to sign up.

The prayer night originally planned for last Sunday has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 6 at 6:00. Plan to join us then as we focus on the various committees within our church.

Daily Prayer Request – Wednesday, April 18, 2018

Pray for the spiritual temperature of HMC. Pray for God to revive us and refine us so that we burn hot for our heavenly Father. Pray that we may never be accused of being lukewarm. Ask God to give us singleness of heart and open minds to understand His Word so that our hearts are on fire for our great God.

Daily Prayer Request – Tuesday, April 17, 2018

Pray for HMC in the world. Pray that we would be known as distinct from the world in love and holiness, even as we engage outsiders. Pray that many among us would share the gospel this week—and see people come to know Christ! Pray that if persecution comes, we would remember to love, not curse, and to pray for our enemies.

Daily Prayer Request – Monday, April 16, 2018

Pray for our Behind-the-Scenes Workers. Thank God for every preschool/nursery worker, coffee/ facilities/ mission planning/ bylaw/ policy/ finance/ discernment/ personnel/ team member, custodian, etc. devoted to serve. Pray that God would bless them for their obedience and generosity and keep them in an attitude of humility.
