Our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is on Sunday, November 22 at 11:30 a.m. Members are encouraged to attend. Due to COVID regulations we will have a limited number of seats; however, the meeting will will be broadcast live over Zoom and we would encourage you to consider tuning in from home and leaving the in-house seats for those without internet accessibility. Zoom attendance will count towards quorum and you will be able to vote. You must have your camera on to be counted as in attendance.

Registration is mandatory to reserve an in-house seat and it will close on Thursday, November 19 at 3:00 p.m. or once all the seats are filled. Please call the office at 519-364-1823 or use the web form below and only register if you know you can attend.

If you plan to attend via Zoom, watch for a meeting link to be sent out a couple days prior to the AGM. At 11:30 a.m. you’ll be able to log in and participate from home.
